The following Terms and Conditions Apply:

The Christmas Comfort Upgrade Offer gives qualifying customers a free mattress upgrade with an Adjustamatic bed and individual mattress orders, plus chair upgrades on qualifying riser recliner chair orders.

The Christmas Comfort Upgrade Offer excludes The Regency Auto Variable Bed, 2-seater sofas, static chairs and portable therapy products.

The offer is valid on qualifying orders placed from 2nd November 2026 until 31st December 2026.

Adjustable Bed Upgrades: -

When you buy an Adjustamatic bed with a Standard Health mattress, we will upgrade it to an Adjustamatic Core Comfort mattress at no extra charge.
When you buy with an Adjustamatic bed with an Adjustamatic Core Comfort mattress, we will upgrade it to an Adjustamatic Airflow Active Comfort mattress at no extra charge.
Offer excludes the Regency Auto Variable.

Riser Recliner Chair Upgrades: -

A free hand unit is included with every Adjustamatic riser recliner chair.
A free Tech Pack upgrade is also included with qualifying Blenheim, Ascot and Stirling riser recliner chairs.
Offer excludes 2-seater sofas and static chairs.

Tech Pack installation: The Tech Pack must be ordered and fitted before delivery. It requires an additional power socket and cannot be fitted after the chair has been delivered.

The free hand unit included with the Riser Recliner Chair upgrade incorporates NHC Cyclo-Therapy®. It can only be supplied to customers who have no contraindications to using NHC Cyclo-Therapy®. Contraindications include, for example, active cancer or pregnancy. Please refer to the full NHC Cyclo-Therapy® contraindications guidance before confirming eligibility. No other alternative is available.

Delivery: You may place your order during the offer period and arrange delivery for a later date by agreement with Adjustamatic.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying upgrades available per transaction.

Where applicable, Adjustamatic Reward Card Membership may still be granted with this offer. No other offers, discounts, sales or promotions may be used in conjunction with this offer unless expressly confirmed by Adjustamatic. The offer stated has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To redeem this offer, customers must obtain a Promotional Voucher or Code directly from an Adjustamatic Sales Representative at the time of the appointment or order. Adjustamatic may also make Promotional Vouchers or Codes available through selected marketing channels during the promotional period.

Where a customer completes an online form to obtain a code, they consent to being contacted by Adjustamatic Beds Limited regarding future promotions and offers via telephone, email, SMS, or post. You may opt out at any time. We will never sell your data to third parties.

Once you fill in your details online, the code will be emailed to the email address you provided. We hold no liability if this email does not reach you for any reason.

If you’re having trouble obtaining your Code, call us on 0800 80 5000 and we will provide one - provided it’s within the promotional dates.

All Promotional Codes expire 23:59 GMT Saturday 31st December 2026. All orders must be made by then for the offer to apply.
