Covid-19 Update – July 2022

The global coronavirus pandemic has created an increasing number of challenges to individuals, families, communities, customers and companies. It is a unique situation we find ourselves in, as most of us have never experienced a health crisis of this scale.


We are closely monitoring government guidelines and it is our priority to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and workforce, so we have put new measures to ensure everyone’s safety.


We are open for business but operating with a smaller team currently, so please have patience, all our customers are important to us and we understand the difference our products and services can make to our customers.

You Can Safely have a contactless FREE demonstration of our medical grade products in the comfort of your own home.


Our friendly home demonstration consultants will adhere to the government guidelines that include.


  • Complying with 2 metre social distancing

  • Wearing appropriate PPE equipment

  • Washing and sanitising their hands before and after a demonstration.

  • Thoroughly cleaning any product demonstrated.

  • We will ask you prior to our visit to confirm that you or anyone in your household is not displaying any Coronavirus symptoms or has been classified as shielded.

  • All our staff are following clear Coronavirus self-assessment guidance, if any show associated symptoms or if they come into contact with anyone with suspected symptoms, they will immediately self-isolate at home for a minimum of 2 weeks.

When will my product be delivered?

Unlike other companies you will not have to wait too long, why? we make all our own products to order, at our factory in North Wales. Our dedicated team are working to safe Coronavirus guidelines and can quickly respond to your needs. We will keep you informed on a regular basis of your forecast delivery date.


FREE and safe contactless Delivery / Installation.


Our own dedicated team are trained to provide full installation and ‘how to use’ demonstration. All product deliveries and installations will be undertaken within the safest and most hygienic way. 


  • We will contact you prior to and on the day with a delivery time slot;

  • Our delivery/installation technicians will comply with 2 metre social distancing, wear the appropriate PPE, and wash and/or sanitise their hands before and after every delivery,

  • You can isolate in a different room whilst your product is installed and then you will be provided with a ‘how to use’ demonstration whilst still maintaining the 2 metre social distancing;

  • Unfortunately, at this time due to Coronavirus we are unable to remove your old products.


Assurance that our dedicated service team will continue without delay to provide a service safely with social distancing so you can continue to enjoy the comfort and benefits your Adjustamatic product provides.


My product needs a repair?

  • Safe Product Servicing: In the unlikely event your product needs attention, we have dedicated trained service engineers ready to assist.

  • Please contact us on 01745 811224 and our service department and engineers will be happy to assist with your request as soon as we can. All engineer call outs will be undertaken within the safety guidance specified;

  • We will contact you with a service time slot;

  • Our service engineers will comply with 2 metre social distancing, wear the appropriate PPE, and wash and/or sanitise their hands before and after every service,

  • You can isolate in a different room whilst your product is being assessed and work undertaken;


Your call is very important to us but we ask for your patience at this time.

We sincerely apologise if that is the case, we currently have reduced staffing so please don’t expect to get through immediately, please leave a message and we will respond as quickly as we can.
